Developers propose $57M transit-oriented project in Mattapan mainly the Preservation of Affordable Housing and Nuestra Comunidad Development Corp. have plans to transform a 2.57-acre parking lot next to the MBTA Mattapan Station into a mixed-use development with housing, retail and a community space.
